This restaurant has been named one of the best breakfast spots in Sydney.

Edition Coffee Roasters
If you are looking for a great breakfast spot in the heart of Sydney, you should check out the Japano-Nordic fusion cafe Edition Coffee Roasters. Their dishes are reminiscent of dishes served in Tokyo’s Noma. For example, you can try their mushroom pond, a fusion of udon noodles, mushrooms, and creme fraiche.
The menu is short and wholesome and pays homage to Scandinavian and Japanese influences. They offer everything from miso banana bread and citrusy yuzu curd for breakfast to a charred Wagyu steak with oyster mushrooms and a Nordic black pudding with prunes and broccolini. The restaurant opened in Hong Kong in 2006 and now has more than 600 locations worldwide. They also serve Taiwan green tea, which is very popular. The service is exemplary, and the food is delicious.

The open kitchen is clearly visible to diners. Guests are treated to an all-you-can-eat Brazilian-style smorgasbord, and the Churrasco specialties are a must.
