At CBT Center for Anxiety and OCD, the specialists use ERP to help our clients overcome their fears and live the lives they want to live.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on helping people accept their thoughts and feelings without trying to change them. ACT has been shown to be an effective treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. At CBT Center, the specialists use ACT to help our clients achieve their treatment goals.
Intensive Treatment Programs
For those who need more intensive support to make significant progress in treatment, we offer intensive treatment programs. These programs are individualized to meet the needs of each client but may include daily individual therapy, group therapy, and/or family therapy. Intensive treatment programs are typically 3-5 days per week for 4-6 weeks.
