How Long Does The Course Take?

The diving instructor course is thereafter followed by an Instructor Examination-IE after which you are certified as a trained driving instructor.

Types Of Equipment You Will Need

To start your course, you need to show up with some of your own diving equipment. This is what you will use during your practical diving sessions. • You must have attained 18 years and above

• You should be certified as a diver for at least 6 months before this training

• You are needed to present a recent full medical report

• You should have prior certification having worked as an assistant instructor or Dive master

• You should have all the mandatory diving equipment

• Have a log of a minimum of 100 dives

• Be a registered Professional Association of Diving Instructors-PADI member

• Have recent First Aid certification (no more than 2 years old)

• You should have all the necessary diving study books some of which include; PADI adventure in diving, and PADI open water manual among others.
